What’s next in your career? November is National Career Development Month; an ideal time to assess professional goals, explore new possibilities, and take steps toward shaping a rewarding career. In celebration, Human Resources’ Organizational Learning and Talent Development (OLTD) Division is excited to introduce Career Development Resources. This newly revamped section of the OLTD Learning Hub on SharePoint hosts practical resources for career planning and professional growth.

These pages feature five sections to help you navigate your professional journey:
- Career Exploration: Learn more about career options and identify opportunities that align with your interests, skills, and goals.
- Resumes and Cover Letters: Find guidance on highlighting the qualifications, experience, and accomplishments you bring to the workplace.
- The Interview Process: Explore tips and strategies to help you prepare for interviews and communicate your strengths.
- Career Growth: Discover ways to strengthen your skills, expand your knowledge, and prepare for new challenges.
- Succession Management: Learn how employee development and leadership preparation support the County’s future workforce needs.
