Pay
All Payplans can be found on HR’s page on the County Intranet and some are also available on Henrico County’s website.
Biweekly payroll calendars are published for each fiscal year. Voluntary deductions and changes are accepted up until the last day of each current payperiod. Your online payslips are available to view the day before each payday and can be printed at any time through HRMS.
To access your Payslip, login to HRMS and choose Payslip.

Direct Deposit
The County deposits your paycheck directly into your checking and/or savings accounts each payday. You can also choose a flat amount or a percentage of your pay to be deposited into multiple accounts (five maximum). If using a percentage, the total of all percentages must be equal to 100%.
Complete the Direct Deposit form and be sure to attach any required documentation. Submit to HR Transactions by mail, fax, or in person.
New or changed bank accounts are accepted up until the last day of each current payperiod. The biweekly payroll calendars show the payperiods for each fiscal year.
Tax Information
All Federal and State tax exemptions can be updated in HRMS using Employee Direct Access (EDA). Changes are accepted up until the last day of each current payperiod.
To access your tax exemption forms log in to HRMS and choose Federal and State Tax Forms.
W-2s
Employee W-2s are available to view or print in HRMS through Employee Direct Access. Prior year W-2s are also accessible online at any time. Log in to HRMS and choose Employee W-2.
