Safety Manual
The purpose of this Safety Manual is to define and implement standards for appropriate safety and health programs for County employees. Henrico County is responsible for ensuring that employees of the County have a safe and healthful workplace that complies with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and with OSHA standards. Complying with these standards is an essential strategy to eliminate/control hazards before they lead to fatalities, injuries, and illnesses.
