2026 Voluntary Benefits

Henrico County offers all permanent employees who work 20 hours or more per week supplemental insurance benefits through Pierce Insurance. These plans are voluntary, employee-paid benefits, and eligible employees may select the programs in which they wish to participate.

New hires have 30 days from their date of hire to enroll.
