Monday Meditation Break

Pause for 15 minutes of guided calm, every other week.

Live Sessions (Microsoft Teams)

Join us for live virtual guided meditation sessions on the following dates:

  • June 8, 9:00 – 9:15 AM
  • July 6, 9:00 – 9:15 AM

Pre-Recorded Sessions

For the Mondays between live sessions, a pre-recorded meditation will be emailed to you at 9:00 AM on the following dates:

  • June 22

These recordings allow you to continue your meditation practice even if you cannot attend live.

Tip: Make sure your email is on file to receive the recordings.


Yin Yoga

A slow, mindfulness-based practice focused on relaxation and recovery. Yin Yoga uses longer-held, floor-based postures to improve flexibility, support joint health, and calm the nervous system. Suitable for all levels.

  • Thursdays, 5:00 – 6:00 PM
  • Fridays, 12:30 – 1:30 PM

Mat Pilates

A mindful, low-impact class focused on core strength, stability, and functional movement. Mat Pilates improves posture, balance, and body awareness through controlled, intentional exercises. Suitable for all levels.
