Both annual, mandatory harassment training modules are live on HRMS. All employees must complete “Harassment Prevention: Creating a Respectful Workplace (2025)” within 60 days (by November 1). Additionally, supervisors are also required to complete “Harassment Prevention: The Supervisor’s Role (2025)” in the same timeframe.
