Aspire365’s Mental Health Check-Up

Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral changes, or struggling with mental health, substance use or other traumatic events? Aspire365’s Mental Health Check-Up is a quick, confidential, no-cost service available to all county employees and their families ages 12+ enrolled in our group medical plan through Anthem. Designed to help identify early signs of stress, anxiety, or other mental health concerns and connects individuals with professional support if needed. Schedule your virtual check-up today!
