Henrico Sheriff’s Office Hiring Event
Looking for a new career in public safety? The Henrico County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a hiring event on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Henrico County Regional Jail East (17320 New Kent Highway, Barhamsville, VA 23011).
This is an opportunity to learn more about our agency’s role within the county which includes providing security for our jails and courthouse.
We are currently hiring for Deputies (21+) and Jailors (18-20). Deputies have a starting salary of $58,306 and Jailors at $55,635.
WHAT TO BRING:
If you plan on attending the hiring event, please consider bringing the following items with you:
- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
- Highest Level Education Transcripts
- Any Applicable Documentation
WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will be offering on-site interviews at this event and an opportunity to speak with deputies employed by the Henrico County Sheriff’s Office.
