Join us as we celebrate Active Aging Week at the Henrico Sports & Events Center (1 All Star Boulevard Glen Allen, VA 23059) on Friday, October 10th from 10 am to 12 pm. Enjoy a morning walk, participate in fitness classes, and explore active-living resources for those 50 & older in Henrico. This year’s Walk & Fitness Forum is sponsored by VCU Health & CenterWell. All abilities and all 50+ are welcome at this free event. Light refreshments will be provided.
