In this session, a fall-prevention expert will share guidance on maintaining a safe home setup, while trauma injury specialists will discuss ways to improve balance, review important medication considerations, and outline additional techniques that can reduce fall risks. This informative session will equip caregivers with tools to support safety, confidence, and independence.
