Regional Recovery Day

You’re invited to be part of Regional Recovery Day on Saturday, Oct. 3. The free event will be held rain or shine from noon to 3 p.m. at Monroe Park, 620 W. Main St. in Richmond.

Regional Recovery Day is presented by the counties of Henrico, Chesterfield and Hanover and the city of Richmond to celebrate the hope, strength and resilience of individuals in recovery.

Launched in September 2024 to coincide with National Recovery Month, Regional Recovery Day is designed to combat the stigma associated with substance use disorder and connect individuals with community resources and support.

The first two Regional Recovery Day events were held at the Henrico Sports & Events Center and featured vendors, expert speakers and panel discussions. This year’s event shifts to the city and will offer a festive vibe, with music, dancing, food and nearly 80 vendors, including treatment providers, support organizations, artisans and public agencies.
