Wellness Programming

The Henrico Wellness Academy’s 2025–2026 season, Rooted in the Present: A Journey Through Mindful Living, runs from September to May and offers employees a 9-month series of engaging lectures, cooking demos, guided meditations, movement classes, and small group workshops designed to foster balance, resilience, and intentional living. Each season (fall, winter, and spring) features themed programs blending practical skills with mindful strategies, empowering participants to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being both at work and at home.
