Receive bare-root seedlings (while supplies last) at ALL Henrico Public Libraries, Saturday, April 12 from noon to 3 p.m. Species include river birch, elderberry, redbud and red maple. Planting instructions will be available. The event, in celebration of Arbor Day, is hosted by Henricopolis Soil & Water Conservation District and the H.E.A.R.T. committee.
