Volunteer Opportunity- HCPS Back to School Kickoff

Volunteer Position Description and Purpose Henrico County Public Schools’ Division of Family and Community Engagement is seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and community-minded volunteers to support our annual Back-to-School Kick-Off event. Volunteers will play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging experience for students, families, and community members as they prepare for the new school year.

Volunteer Duties:

• Volunteer HQ & Check-In
• Parking Lot Monitors
• Hospitality (Setup & Breakdown)
• Dedicated Event Breakdown & Cleanup Crew
• Welcome Tent
• Community-School Resource Fair (Vendor Support)
• Interactive Court Games Attendant
• Inflatables Attendant
• Photobooth Attendant
