Benefit-eligible employees are invited to a virtual Lunch & Learn focused on the various deferral options available through our 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan with Empower! This session will provide a clear, high-level overview to help you understand your choices and make the most of the plan.
This session will include:
- The differences between pre-tax and Roth deferrals
- Available catch-up contribution optionsfinan
- The new SECURE 2.0 Roth catch-up provision for those aged 50 and older who earn more than $150,000 in FICA wages in the prior year.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to our retirement plan advisor, Chip Richardson.
