SOAR365 Ladybug Fund Winetasting and Silent Auction Volunteer Opportunity

SOAR365 is looking for enthusiastic, community-minded volunteers to help bring the 2026 Ladybug Fund Winetasting & Silent Auction to life! This signature event wouldn’t be possible without the energy and dedication of our volunteers—and we’d love for you to be part of it.

Volunteer Opportunities Available:

• Pre-Event Setup: Friday, April 10- Help transform the space by assisting with décor, tables, signage, and general event
  preparation.
• Event-Night Support: Saturday, April 11- Roles may include guest check-in, wine station support, silent auction assistance,
  floaters, and helping ensure the evening runs smoothly.
• Post-Event Breakdown: Sunday, April 12- Assist with packing up materials, taking down displays, and restoring the SOAR365
  program space.
