Senior Law Clinic

Henrico Outreach & Engagement is partnering with The Span Center and the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation to offer free legal services for eligible older adults 55+, persons with disabilities (over age 18), caregivers and those receiving hospice care. Participants will receive a simple Will, Durable Power of Attorney and an Advance Medical Directive.

Monthly Income Eligibility Requirements: Single Person Household: $5,216 or less; Two Person Household: $7,050 or less

Law Day is sponsored by the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation and The Span Center. All documents will be prepared and executed on-site. Legal services are provided by volunteer attorneys. A current Government photo ID is required.
