Public Hearing on Community Development Needs and Program Performance

The Henrico County Department of Community Revitalization will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Fairfield Area Library, 1401 Laburnum Avenue, Henrico, VA 23223. The public hearing provides the public with an opportunity to express opinions on community development needs in Henrico County and past performance of community development programs as reported in the 2024-2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The County encourages all residents to attend, especially those who are low- and moderate-income or reside in low- or moderate-income communities, to share their opinions about community development needs in the County. Needs may include housing, enhancement of neighborhoods, expansion of economic opportunities, or any other community needs that residents consider important.
