The Henrico County Police Division is hosting two educational information sessions about Domestic Violence during the month of October, which is Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
These events called “I’m Asking, For a Friend…” will be held on:
This is an opportunity to learn more about the resources available to domestic violence survivors within Henrico County. You will also have the chance to hear from officers about some of the signs and symptoms of abuse.
This is a safe space for attendees which will emphasize the importance of addressing this issue without stigma or pressure.
