Bernard Greene Memorial 5k

Join the Henrico County Specialty Dockets for the annual Bernard Greene Memorial 5k. The event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 17, at 9 a.m. (the race will start at 9:30 a.m.) at Deep Run Park, 9900 Ridgefield Parkway, Henrico, VA 23233. 

Registration is $40 per person, and all proceeds benefit the current participants and alumni of specialty dockets in support of sober activities, graduation celebrations and family days.

The event is named in memory of the Recovery Court’s previous administrator, Bernard L. Greene, Jr., who passed away March 7, 2019. Mr. Greene touched the hearts of many people and helped others change their lives for the better. He enjoyed running, cycling and spending time outdoors. We will forever hold Bernard in our hearts for all he has done for the community and the Henrico County Recovery Court.
