DESCRIPTION:Volunteers will work alongside County staff and James River Association (JRA) staff to paint storm drains using multi-layered stencils and spray paint. Each design will feature a species native to the James River along with the message “Only Rain Down the Drain\,” as part of the larger Earth Day event on April 11.
