This year’s Walk & Fitness Forum is sponsored by VCU Health & CenterWell. All abilities and all 50+ are welcome at this free event. Light refreshments will be provided. DESCRIPTION:Join us for CarFit on Tuesday\, October 28th from 10am to 1pm at the Deep Run Recreation Center (9910 Ridgefield Parkway Henrico\, VA 23233). Having the proper fit inside your vehicle can help protect you & those around you. At this CarFit event\, participants will be assessed by a team of professionals to ensure they “fit” their vehicle properly for maximum comfort and safety. A CarFit check takes 20 minutes.
