DESCRIPTION:The Henrico County Police Division is hosting two educational information sessions about domestic violence during the month of February. \nThese events\, called “I’m Asking\, For a Friend…” will be held on: \n\nMonday\, Feb. 9\, 2026\, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Glen Allen Library (10501 Staples Mill Road\, Glen Allen\, VA 23060).\nSaturday\, Feb. 21\, 2026\, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Varina Area Library (1875 New Market Road\, Henrico\, VA 23231)\n\nThis is an opportunity to learn more about the resources available to domestic violence survivors within Henrico County. You will also have the chance to hear from officers about some of the signs and symptoms of abuse. \nThis is a safe space for attendees which will emphasize the importance of addressing this issue without stigma or pressure. \nIf you have any further questions\, please don’t hesitate to reach out via police@henrico.gov.
