DESCRIPTION:A walk can be one of the simplest ways to care for your heart\, your body\, and your mind.\nJoin us on Wednesday\, April 1\, at 12:00 PM as we celebrate National Walking Day together!\n \nGroup Walk Details:\nWe will begin at the Henrico Training Center at 12:00 PM\, walk along the trail toward Hungary Springs Road\, cross over\, and continue the route around the Western Government Center before returning to our starting point.\n \nJoining from Western Government Center?\nYou can meet us at the courtyard (near the fountain) between 12:20 and 12:25 PM and join in as we continue the loop around the Government Center.\n \nThe trail map includes distances markers and indicates the starting point and meet-up locations.\n \nCan’t complete the full route? No problem! You can still participate by:\n\nWalking for 20–30 minutes on a treadmill\nCompleting your walk on your own at another time during the day\n\nJust let the Fitness & Wellness Division of HR know!\n \nParticipants will receive a Team Henrico shirt!\n \nWhether you join the group or move on your own\, this is a great opportunity to step away\, reduce stress\, and connect with others.\n \nPlease see the American Heart Association flyer for more information about National Walking Day.
