DESCRIPTION:Prospective homebuyers are invited to an event highlighting Henrico County’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF)\, Employee Home Purchase Assistance Program (EHPAP)\, and other resources for first-time buyers.   \n“Keys to Homeownership” is being held on Thursday\, June 12\, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Henrico Sports & Events Center. Arrive any time during the event to connect with home builders and nonprofits\, hear about the homes that are currently – or soon to be – available through the AHTF\, and learn about financial assistance available to help with purchasing. \nPlease note that these programs are restricted to first-time homebuyers who must also be below household income limits\, which vary by program. \nEmployees interested in pursuing down payment and closing cost assistance through EHPAP may review the program’s eligibility criteria and income limits at: https://henrico.gov/revit/henricos-home-purchase-assistance-program/.
