DESCRIPTION:Volunteers will work alongside County staff and James River Association (JRA) staff to paint storm drains using multi-layered stencils and spray paint. Each design will feature a species native to the James River along with the message “Only Rain Down the Drain\,” as part of the larger Earth Day event on April 11. Four storm drains at Deep Run Recreation Center have been selected and approved for this project.
