DESCRIPTION:Brand new this year is Henrico SkyGlow! While this event is free to attend\, there are optional costs for some activities and food. Parking is free! \nThere will be a small kids zone\, vendors\, music\, and food for purchase. \nVendors: \n\nCreative Works Studio\nEverything Must Glow\nGirl Scouts\nGrumpy Bear Farm\nHenrico Libraries\nSierra Club\n\nLive music schedule: \n\n6:00pm: Acoustic Blue\n7:15pm: Woody Woodworth & The Piners\n\nFood vendors: \n\nCocina Calle\nHawks BBQ\nPop’s Kettle Corn\nPretty & Proud\nSeldon Concessions\nStrawberry Street Events\nWild Bill’s Soda\n\nAt 7:30pm\, 10 hot air balloons will inflate. \nPilots:  \n\nReed Basley\nRoss Bauschatz\nRobby Dawson\nKen Draughn\nMarcus Favera\nRandy Lee\nDavid Litton\nGilbert Martin\nMark Meyer\nLauren Sawin\n\nOnce the sun goes down around 8:30pm\, enjoy a 20-minute display of the tethered balloons lighting up in sync with music. (It will look similar to this.) \n \nPhoto Credit: May Lou Rossiter \n\nFrom 6:00-9:00pm\, one hot air balloon will offer tethered-rides. \n\nRides will be available on a first come\, first served basis once the event starts.\nRides are $15 per adult\, and $10 per child 10 and under.\nTickets cannot be purchased in advance\, only on-site once the event starts.\nAll parties must be present when ride tickets are purchased.\n\n\nPlease note:  All balloon activities are sensitive to wind and rain. \nPresented by Henrico Federal Credit Union and Recreation & Parks. \nFor any questions\, email rec-eventsteam@henrico.gov \n\nYou can now get event updates in your inbox!
